Wedge Networks will be joining our strategic partner Advantech at the Advantech Technology Summit in Newport Beach, California.

Advantech is a global leader in industrial IoT, embedded platforms, and industrial computers. Their summit - themed "The Future of Edge AI is Now" - brings together major chipmakers like AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm alongside solution providers in medical equipment, power and energy, retail, advanced manufacturing, and transportation. Attendees will discover how Advantech's Edge AI devices transform industrial processes and deliver major productivity gains across multiple sectors.

Securing Agentic AI at the Edge

Agentic AI systems are transforming edge computing by planning, delegating, and acting without constant human oversight. However, these self-operating systems introduce a new class of cybersecurity risks that targets an agent's internal reasoning and judgment rather than just traditional software infrastructure.

The Wedge Networks and Advantech Solution

Wedge Networks has partnered with Advantech as a premier hardware partner. The collaboration embeds the WedgeSecure Agent workflow-governance platform directly into Advantech’s fleet of edge appliances.

• Localized Processing: Runs Large Language Models (LLMs) and security oversight locally at the point of data creation, ensuring low latency and data sovereignty.
• Intel Xeon 6 Integration: Leverages server-grade edge hardware powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors with built-in AI acceleration (Intel AMX) to process complex workloads without needing power-heavy GPUs.
• Continuous Trust Boundaries: Monitors intent, context, models, and execution parameters in real-time to block instruction poisoning or unsafe tool calls.

Summit Focus

The event session on Agentic AI in Network Security at 2.05 PM PDT highlights these exact challenges, demonstrating how localized hardware-software integration provides the audit-grade governance required for critical infrastructure.
