Wedge Networks Announces Appointment of Dr. Norman M. Betts to its Board of Directors

Calgary, December 15, 2015 — Wedge Networks has added Norman Betts to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Dr. Betts is a respected public servant and community leader. He was elected MLA for Southwest Miramichi and served as Minister of Finance and Minister of Business New Brunswick. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada and is a director of New Brunswick Power. He is a member of the board of directors of Tembec Inc. and chairs its audit committee. He has also enjoyed a long and distinguished career at the University of New Brunswick where he is currently an Associate Professor in the business school, and is the faculty representative on the university’s Board of Governors.
